The SMC 4000 is PSI's newest variable message board member. The Full Matrix display is similar to our SMC 3000 in size and performance, but the SMC 4000 utilizes a center mounted mast to provide 360 degree rotation. The rotatable display allows for greater flexibility in placement, and provides a more balanced center of gravity.
